Meltech successfully mentors our former joint venture partner, Signature Renovations, thru their transition out of the 8(a) program. Meltech entered into a joint venture with Signature Renovations at the tail end of the tenure in the 8(a) program.

Our joint venture partner has since graduated from the 8(a) program and has begun competing in the small business contracting world. Meltech has continued to informally mentor Signature Renovations thru their evolution

Meltech received the re-award (3rd re-award) on our GSA Regional TS $500M (Program increased from previous program of $50M) Construction IDIQ Contract for DOS Main State (Headquarters) and all the regional (NCR) DOS (SI-DOS) Facilities throughout the Washington DC National Capital Region. Contract also included all GSA Classified work for the agencies throughout NCR including DOS, FBI, SS, White House, DHS, and other agencies.

Meltech recently completed this important project for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for Museum Facility Integration. Inside of the Defense Intelligence Agency headquarters is one of the Smithsonian’s least accessible museums, the DIA Museum. The DIA Museum tells the story of the agency’s nearly 60 years of rooting out the world’s military secrets. However, you won’t be able to just walk into this museum, as the only way to view its clandestine contents is if escorted by a DIA employee and with permission.
